In order to continue to provide stable and reliable service, the Rigor Engineering team has decided to relocate our testing agents in our Hong Kong location to a new hosting provider.
Any checks currently configured to use our Hong Kong location will be updated to use the new provider automatically.
Any customers requiring IP address whitelisting should note that this migration will require an IP address change. The old IP address (119.9.93.160) should be de-listed once the migration is completed and replaced with the newly added IP addresses (18.162.180.189 and 18.162.179.225). As always, these IP addresses are discoverable via DNS lookup: ap-hk-hong-kong.services.rigor.com.
We expect little-to-no disruption to service during this migration.
