Monitoring - Our provider has indicated to us that the root cause -- a networking issue with their ISP -- has been resolved. You may continue to see delayed check execution until our services have fully recovered.

Resolved - The issue with delayed check runs has been fully resolved and all check types are running normally from these locations. Our engineers have also updated the runner deploy process to help prevent issues like this in the future.

Identified - We have identified the issue causing delayed runs in multiple locations. A code change was introduced to our deploy script that prevented runners from operating in one of our cloud providers. We have updated the code and are in the process of re-deploying runners to the faulty regions.

We have also brought up a previous runner version in these locations to cover the workload while the deploy runs. At this time, check runs in most affected regions are no longer delayed.

Update - We have received an update from our Dallas provider indicating that the hardware issues have been resolved. The Dallas location has been reenabled and our operations team is monitoring the location for issues.

Scheduled - Our cloud service provider in Miami, Telefonica, is making some changes to their platform that require us to adapt how we host and manage our service. This migration requires downtime and for us to modify our public IP addresses for that location. If you have questions, please contact our customer success team.

Update - Our upstream provider has identified a regional internet outage. We will continue to monitor the status of Dallas and provide updates as appropriate.

As to not continue to collect poor data we have disable the Dallas location until this issue is resolved.
