Identified - Our Dubai location is experiencing loss in connectivity and is currently not processing check runs.

The root cause appears to be located in internet exchange and is causing high packet loss between our provider's network and Amazon AWS's network. We are reaching out to both providers to work with them on a swift resolution.

Scheduled - In order to continue to provide stable and reliable service, the Rigor Engineering team has decided to relocate our testing agents in our Hong Kong location to a new hosting provider.

Any checks currently configured to use our Hong Kong location will be updated to use the new provider automatically.

Any customers requiring IP address whitelisting should note that this migration will require an IP address change. The old IP address (119.9.93.160) should be de-listed once the migration is completed and replaced with the newly added IP addresses (18.162.180.189 and 18.162.179.225). As always, these IP addresses are discoverable via DNS lookup: ap-hk-hong-kong.services.rigor.com.

We expect little-to-no disruption to service during this migration.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on a database server that may require a series of very brief outages. While we believe it is unlikely that these outages to have a noticeable impact to services, it's possible that test scheduling and processing may be interrupted for a few seconds.

Update - The backlog for our work queues has been processed and checks are being processed on schedule.

Monitoring - There appears to be an issue with our upstream provider. We have seen much higher than usual "time to first byte" metrics collected from all checks.

The issue appears to have been addressed-- metrics collected for the past few minutes are much more inline with expected values and our work queues are returning to normal.

We will continue to monitor the issue and provide additional updates as required.
