Changes will be made to Rigor Synthetic Monitoring’s public locations hosted in Dubai, Jakarta & Kuala Lumpur on March 13, 2024.
In order to minimize disruption to your Rigor Synthetic Monitoring account, we will modify your checks to utilize a different service provider. 1. Checks configured with the Dubai location, currently hosted in Alibaba Cloud, will instead run in Amazon Web Service’s Dubai location. 2. Checks configured with the Jakarta location, currently hosted in Alibaba Cloud, will instead run in Amazon Web Service’s Jakarta location. 3. Checks configured with the Kuala Lumpur location, currently hosted in Alibaba Cloud, will instead run in Amazon Web Service’s Singapore location.
These check updates do not require any action on your end.
If applicable, you may want to update any IP address allow lists that have been configured to enable checks in your environment from these public locations.
