Next week, the Rigor Operations team will begin migrating the Argentina, Chile, and Mexico City locations to a new hosting platform. This new platform is with the same provider and should have a minimal impact to any metrics collected.
We will be performing a rolling migration, so the two platforms will be running side-by-side as we increase the number of runs performed on the new platform.
Due to the nature of this migration, IP addresses will change for these locations.
Leading up to each location's migration we will post a maintenance window for that particular location to notify our customers of the status of the migration and provide any important information, if required.
We recognize that this migration is happening at a critical time for retail customers and we're committed to making this migration as seamless as possible.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Rigor Monitoring Network - South America (Argentina, Chile) and Rigor Monitoring Network - North America (Mexico City, Mexico).
