Missing HARs in Real Browser Check Runs
Incident Report for Rigor
Resolved
We recently uncovered an issue with our data retention policy that resulted in deleting HARs from some Real Browser Checks from approximately October 18th, 2019 to December 8th, 2019. When viewing runs from this time period, the waterfall chart may fail to load. Similarly, HARs from this time period may not be accessible via the API.

This does not adhere to our standard retention policy for run-level data, which is 180 days, and we apologize for this data loss. The retention policy has been fixed so HAR data will persist going forward for 180 days.

This issue only affected Real Browser Check HARs collected during the time period listed above. Runs from N. Virginia, Mexico City, Chile, Argentina, Miami FL, and Private Locations were not affected. Other run-level data, such as metrics, alerts, filmstrips, failure screenshots, page sources, etc. were not affected.
