Our database maintenance has completed and our team has verified that all systems are back online and processing work as expected.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
One of core databases supporting Rigor Monitoring will require a configuration change that cannot be handled in a typical zero-downtime fashion and will result in a short interruption of our services.
While we expect the service interruption to last less than a few minutes, we are giving an large maintenance window in case any unexpected and unlikely issues arise and to allow us time to perform followup testing and change verification.
During the interruption, no new runs will be scheduled and our monitoring web interface and API will be offline. Any runs that were scheduled will be processed in-location correctly and results will be processed once the service is available.
The Optimization product will be unaffected.
This scheduled maintenance affected: Rigor Monitoring Network - Middle East (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), Rigor Monitoring Network - Africa (Johannesburg, South Africa), Rigor Monitoring Network - Asia Pacific (Hong Kong, Mumbai, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, New South Wales, Victoria, Osaka, Busan, Pune, India, Chennai, India, Jakarta, Indonesia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Beijing, China, Shanghai, China), Rigor Monitoring - Notifications (Email Alerts, Phone Alerts, SMS Alerts, Webhooks), Rigor Monitoring Network - Europe (Frankfurt, Ireland, Italy, London, Netherlands, Stockholm, Sweden, Paris, France, Cardiff), Rigor Monitoring (Application Website (https://monitoring.rigor.com), API (https://monitoring-api.rigor.com)), Rigor Monitoring Network - South America (Argentina, Chile, São Paulo), and Rigor Monitoring Network - North America (Montreal, Miami, Mexico City, Mexico, N.
